Prior to renovation, the house was hidden by overgrown, mostly evergreen shrubs. We removed the Junipers crowding the entrance, along with most of the evergreen plant material filling the beds. |

While the structural trees remained, much smaller evergreens, flowering shrubs, and perennials were used to reduce the overcrowded feeling and add much needed color. |

The entrance along the driveway was filled with evergreen and flowering groundcover. |

Azaleas and spring blooming perennials were added to the shady area to complement the existing flowering Indian Hawthorns. |

The urn color for the fountain was chosen to match the brick as well as the newly planted roses. |

|
|
Renovation began in the pool area with the removal of outdated plant material in the raised planter. |
 |
|
|
|
|
|
Softer and smaller plant material was added and river rock was used to aid in drainage. |

Small pockets of annual color, roses, and herbs were planted around the perimeter of the pool. |
